跟秋萍一起討論.修改這個房子的設計跟家具採購，真的是一個很開心的過程，大部分討論的時間我們就像一般的女生朋友一樣，一起逛街，一起喝咖啡一邊改圖，雖然她喜歡的是粉紅色.紫色，是我自己的家不會出現的畫面，但是我感謝她一路都很豪邁的說…美君妳幫我挑就好，我都喜歡….。
It was quite a pleasant experience working with Chen. Most of time, we were just like friends going out shopping, hanging out at coffee shops and doing some chats and sketches. Even though she’s crazy about pink and purple stuff, which would never show up in my own apartment, I appreciate her confidence in me by saying I am the boss and she loves whatever I pick for her.
以十坪的小坪數房子來說，這是一個先天條件已相當好的格局屋況，方正！還有一個寬敞的衛浴空間，即使如此，一開始還是排了三種不同的家具平面配置圖在這個屋案內，反覆討論後，廚具及小餐桌是最主要的決定關鍵。會在一個已經不大的空間內除了具備書桌之外還加一個小餐桌的用意，並不是要表現多會塞東西跟多功能，只是有幾個想法，如果常常下班買外食回來，有一個高度剛好的吃飯位置，好像比縮著身體坐在地上就著茶几高度吃東西胃還要舒服一些跟站起來方便，（當然偶爾吃飯配電視也是很放鬆的享受拉），還有，如果有些想要暫時置放的雜誌小物，明天要上班帶去的包包物品，也可以不用堆在沙發前的茶几，或沙發上面（這樣沒辦法躺著看電視：Ｄ）當然，如果朋友假日來訪，咖啡店擠滿人講話又不方便，就把桌子清一清，兩個女生三個女生也可以自己在家聊的很盡興，而不被打擾。與小餐桌相靠近的是一套小廚具，偶爾也是要煮個水餃泡麵的嘛！
It’s rather a small apartment, about 33 m2, but it has an excellent layout, fairly square, and has a spacious bathroom. At first, we still managed to arrange 3 different plans. After back-and-forth discussion, we think the decisive points are the kitchenware and a kitchen table. The reason why we squeeze in a kitchen table, also functions as a workstation and lounge room table, in this compact home is not to show off how we can manage to make the most of space but merely because the height of the table is perfect for dining, chatting and reading.
談到了廚具，原屋主雖然也是一套一字型系統廚具，但是原來的位置並不在這邊，它是在現在床舖床頭的位置，秋萍希望床舖還是可以在一個比較獨立的角落，所以小搬風了一下，重新設定了床舖位置，必要時加了布簾拉起，就是一個在家人或友人來訪時視覺上可以保有個人隱私，床舖傢俱的選擇，我們挑了IKEA兼具收納功能的床舖，下面有兩個抽屜，可以放換洗的床單寢具枕套，或是大小毛巾，因為空間有限，床頭邊桌就直接利用了這個床有的床頭櫃桌面，鬧鐘拉小燈拉手機充電拉都在這邊！因為下班後還會有使用筆電工作或上網了需求，所以旁邊的也添購了一個書桌，筆電就不用常常收來收去，偶爾想點床舖小檯燈寫些計畫筆記，也是可以這麼使用。
The kitchen counter was set on where now the headboard of the bedroom. Chen prefers to set her bed at this corner where she can keep her privacy with screens. To make the room more spacious, we choose IKEA bed storage where duvets or winter clothes are kept under bed storage units at the foot of the bed. The side table makes it convenient when Muse strikes and you need to grab your notebook.
至於，原來的廚具位置變床舖，那新設的廚具 …位置必須考慮到給排水的管路供給的問題，我們利用了落地窗外陽台原有的給排水源頭，就近拉進來藏在踢腳板下，自然也不需要再架高地板或是往下藏在樓板中。廚具的檯面材質選擇，會使用木紋美耐板是覺得，不要那麼像功能性的廚具，讓它像家具一樣，自然的融入這個小房子。如果有人注意到我們在廚具的外側，又另外訂製了的高身側板，這是為什麼？多一個板子還是六面白色結晶烤耶！不是很貴嗎？一開始會做這樣的施作是因為秋萍的媽媽提出不要一打開門就看到爐子的建議，所以想了這個最不著痕跡的解決方法，同時因為加了這個側板頂板，讓整套廚具視覺上收邊更乾淨一些。
As for the kitchen counter, considering the pipeline route, we take the advantage of the balcony and use wood-grain plastic laminated sheet for the cupboard to make it blended in the surrounding. For the sake of good Fun-Shui, we place a white board to block the sight of stove and make the kitchen look more tidy and clean.
最後回到沙發跟電視櫃這邊，不要讓高收納櫃突兀的站在房子裡，當然就是靠邊站，現在照片中看到的這一排位置剛剛好，這一排系統櫃板材的衣櫃，是收納其他物品的好地方，舉凡旅行箱，當季不使用的暖爐或電扇或有點大型的吸塵器，都是收納在這個有門的大櫃子當中。
Back to the couch area, we don’t want a sudden view of a tall shelf standing right in the middle of the house, so it goes to lean against the wall for sure. Behind the board, it serves a good place for storage. Everything that is not for immediate use can be put inside, like heater, fans, vacuum, or luggage.
衛浴的空間算是非常寬敞，不過我們也沒打算塞滿它，用最簡潔的面盆跟收納五金衛浴配件，來打理衛浴空間內需要置放的東西，馬桶的位置沒有更動過，只是利用了磁磚的變化，讓它看起來更舒適一些，基本上保持乾淨的白色亮面壁磚，再加上秋萍喜愛的粉紫色系小馬賽克磚，她很喜歡最後完成的材質配色，因為像她的物品呀！
Even the bathroom is spacious, we do not plan to stuff every little cute things in. To make it tidy and comfortable, we use white tiles with little hue of purple pink mosaic. Chen loves the color combination ‘cause it’s so her.
<後記 Epilogue>
獨立搬出來不與家人同住，雖然少了一些生活機能的方便性，還有自己得負擔獨立的水電費拉基本開銷，但是因為彼此有了獨立的空間，住的近，好像生活的輕鬆不少！真的是一個很大的生活轉變呢！
Though it may not be so convenient to live alone, put additional bills aside, it is a milestone to have an independent space. Best wishes for this lovely family.
